Appointments for therapy or counseling at Counseling Care Specialties can typically be scheduled within a couple of days, ensuring timely access to support when you need it most. I work Tuesday-Thursday from 1pm-7pm.

As an in-network provider with Aetna and United Healthcare, I strive to make mental health care more accessible and affordable for individuals seeking assistance.

If you’re unsure about setting up an appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out for further information or a consultation regarding the issues you’re facing. In some cases, I offer a brief initial consultation free of charge, allowing both client and therapist to determine the best course of action moving forward.

Once an appointment is scheduled, I’ll request that you fill out some forms beforehand, enabling me to gain insight into your background and needs before our session begins.
